Deal With It® is an interactive workshop that uses safety as the catalyst to strengthen organisational culture. It focuses on the behaviours, attitudes and everyday decisions that influence communication, teamwork, accountability and performance across the organisation.
The workshop is deliberately hard-hitting, thought-provoking and fun. Through practical activities, discussion and realistic workplace situations, delegates are challenged to think differently about their own behaviours and the influence they have on those around them.
